Placements24 is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle remotely, supporting our presence in Polokwane. You will identify staffing needs, source candidates, screen, interview, and facilitate hiring, building robust pipelines with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, 3–5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and experience with ATS and remote-work tools.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage their talent acquisition efforts remotely, supporting their presence in Polokwane. This role will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
