This role emphasizes sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates across various sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, and finance, which are prominent in the Eastern Cape. You will be crucial in building talent pipelines, advising clients on market trends, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
