Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience working within the **Randburg** area or a similar urban tech hub is a plus.
