Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates for technical roles using advanced search techniques and social networks.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, culture fit, and motivations.

Requirements

• A proven track record of success (minimum 5 years) in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for various technical domains, including software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively communicate with technical candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
