Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition with strong tech recruitment focus.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or teams in consultancy or agency settings.
• Proven ability to source niche tech talent (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps).
• Familiar with ATS, CRM and sourcing tools to optimize hiring workflows.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on technical recruitment, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment projects and/or teams.
• Proven ability to source and attract niche technical talent (e.g., AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, DevOps).
• Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fully remote work environment.
