Placements24 is partnering with a luxury spa and wellness center in Vereeniging, Gauteng, to appoint a Senior Spa Manager & Operations Lead. You will oversee all spa operations, drive service excellence, manage budgets, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in spa or salon management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a passion for wellness. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate therapists, receptionists, and staff.
• Develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets and profitability.
• Manage inventory, orders, stock levels, and costs.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across the spa.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and address feedback.
• Curate the spa's treatment menu to stay competitive.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative services.
