Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Spa Manager for a luxury resort in George, Western Cape. You will oversee all spa operations, lead a high-performance team, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Join a renowned wellness-focused property and shape treatment menus, inventory management, and marketing strategies to ensure superior service and sustainable growth. On-site role with weekend/holiday flexibility as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or diploma in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various spa treatments, products, and wellness therapies.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the resort.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of daily spa operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and client services.
• Develop and implement innovative spa treatment menus and packages.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained throughout the spa.
• Manage spa inventory, including retail products and treatment supplies, and oversee procurement.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate spa therapists and reception staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive spa revenue.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor spa financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement cost-control measures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new treatments, and products to ensure the spa remains competitive.
