Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Proven culinary skills and passion for exceptional food.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with kitchen operations, prep, cook and plate.
• Supervise junior staff and ensure consistent workflow.
• Manage inventory, stocktake, and assist procurement.
• Ensure high-quality dishes and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Control costs through portions and waste reduction.
• Develop production schedules and participate in menu development.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Lead in Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare timely, accurate meals for events.
