Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in managing social impact programs and initiatives.
• Proven success in fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement at senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in program design, implementation, and impact measurement.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and persuade.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Knowledge of Gauteng socio-economic landscape, Centurion is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Profound commitment to social justice and sustainable development.

Responsibilities
