Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Lead for Centurion and the greater Gauteng region. This senior role designs and drives strategic social development programs, builds cross‑sector partnerships, and leads teams to deliver measurable change aligned with our client’s mission.

You will spearhead fundraising, secure grants, and oversee program delivery, budgeting, and impact reporting, while inspiring stakeholders through compelling communication and thoughtful leadership in a remote or hybrid

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in managing social impact programs and initiatives.
• Proven success in fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in program design, implementation, and impact measurement.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Knowledge of Gauteng socio-economic landscape, Centurion is a strong asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
