Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for a charitable organization in Centurion, Gauteng. The role leads development, implementation, and evaluation of education and employability programs, with a focus on impact and sustainability.

You will oversee budgets, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, while managing a team and reporting on program outcomes. The position offers remote work with periodic travel to operational areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Education, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive program management experience in non-profit or social development.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and budgets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising/proposal writing.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Experience in Centurion or Gauteng region is advantageous.
