Placements24 is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead social inclusion initiatives in Centurion, Gauteng. You will design, implement, and oversee programs that integrate marginalized groups into mainstream society, working on-site with communities, NGOs, and government bodies.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to social justice. You will guide budgets, timelines, and reporting while building sustainable partnerships for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in program management with at least 3 years in leadership within social sector.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale social inclusion programs.
• Strong understanding of social justice, inequality, and integration strategies.
• Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for social inclusion programs.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Lead a team of program officers and support staff.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to meet objectives.
• Identify emerging social inclusion challenges and propose solutions.
• Represent the organization at forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and manage reporting mechanisms for progress and impact.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and funding requirements.
