Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in site management within civil engineering and construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost control measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and motivate site teams, fostering a culture of productivity, collaboration, and safety.
