Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex civil infrastructure projects in Sandton, South Africa. You will oversee the full lifecycle, manage stakeholders, risks, and drive delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and FIDIC or similar conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects, from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, government bodies, and contractors.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project issues.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
