Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
