Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 10+ years' experience, strong leadership, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects
• PMP certification is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing robust control measures to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols.
