Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing construction sites and projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all construction site activities, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specs.
• Develop, monitor and manage project schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations with regular audits.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labor.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality meets standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to facilitate progress.
