The role requires a BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering with at least six years of site experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with subcontractors and design teams onsite.

Formación

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of site engineering experience in civil infrastructure.
• Proven ability to supervise construction sites and lead site teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Richards Bay; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities per plans and specs.
• Enforce HSE policies on site and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues per schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Prepare progress reports for the project manager.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
• Liaise with design team and engineers on site queries.
• Maintain accurate site documentation.
