Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our South Africa team. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified meetings to feed the sales pipeline for our SaaS outbound campaigns.

You will use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach and maintain clean CRM records while hitting volume targets. Remote in SA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role with B2B sales exposure.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools and CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
