Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs for retail staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to diverse groups of employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions to ensure optimal impact.
• Develop training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and multimedia resources.

Requirements
