Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fully remote team, servicing clients across South Africa from a home-based setup. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, build lasting client relationships, and identify exceptional talent for a variety of roles.

Ideal candidates bring proven recruiting success, expert sourcing and screening skills, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment software, with the ability to work autonomously in a flexible remote

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful track record.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening and selection.
• Excellent remote communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches, interviews, and assessments to match client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients remotely.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from vacancy intake to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Achieve ambitious placement targets and contribute to business development efforts through online engagement and networking.
