You will manage the full lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, leveraging digital tools to deliver flexible, high-quality recruitment services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role with successful placements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be highly organized, self-disciplined, and adept at working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse roles across multiple industries remotely.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using online platforms and video conferencing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive virtual communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within the ATS.
• Collaborate with remote team members to share market insights.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets within a virtual setting.
