Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Field Service Engineer to provide expert remote support for complex installation and maintenance challenges. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, guiding clients through repairs, and maintaining equipment performance from a remote location.

You will analyze diagnostic data, develop repair procedures, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar, with a focus on remote support.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems for industrial equipment.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues remotely.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills for explaining technical concepts.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex installation and maintenance issues.
Analyze equipment performance data and diagnostic logs to identify root causes of problems.
