Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Technician or similar technical support role.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment and understand networking.
• Strong communication skills to explain issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electromechanical systems using specialized software.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, diagnostics, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Schedule and oversee remote updates and maintenance procedures for optimal equipment performance.
