Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and private parties.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, venues, decorators, entertainers, and audiovisual suppliers.
• Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all events are delivered within financial parameters.
• Create detailed event timelines, run sheets, and floor plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Manage event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communications.
• Provide exceptional client service, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
• Oversee on-site event execution (may require travel) ensuring smooth operations and immediate resolution of any issues.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative event concepts.
