You will manage logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications, delivering memorable experiences with meticulous attention to detail. The role emphasizes independence and proactive problem-solving in a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience in virtual and hybrid events.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules remotely.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events where applicable.
• Oversee all logistical aspects including venue (if relevant), catering, A/V, and travel.
• Source and manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Develop detailed budgets and timelines, tracking progress to deadlines.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure alignment with their vision.
• Lead post-event evaluations and reporting for stakeholders.
