Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales division. You will manage complex sales cycles, close high-value deals, and mentor junior reps while leveraging your deep product knowledge to consistently exceed targets.

The role emphasizes strategic discovery, remote consultations, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to sharpen collateral and market positioning. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in senior or enterprise sales are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior/enterprise sales experience, preferably remote.
• Proven track record closing complex deals and exceeding quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales processes for key accounts from lead gen to close.
• Conduct discovery calls and provide strategic product consultations remotely.
• Develop and present proposals and contracts and negotiate terms.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance collateral and positioning.
