Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to manage enterprise accounts and expand our Welkom region client base. This remote-first role empowers you to flexibly plan your schedule while driving revenue growth with high-value clients.

You will develop strategic account plans, hunt major opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, and act as a trusted advisor delivering industry insights and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B sales or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategic account planning.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively in a remote sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring retention and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major prospective clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Negotiate and close complex sales agreements and contracts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and expertise on industry best practices.
