Placements24 is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to foster strong relationships with enterprise clients in a fully remote environment. You will manage a portfolio, drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer success or related roles, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute success plans to help clients achieve business goals.
• Drive product adoption, engagement and retention through proactive outreach.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and identify growth areas.
• Articulate the value of solutions to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for a seamless client experience.
