The ideal candidate has 7+ years in senior account roles, a proven quota record, and strong negotiation, communication, and virtual presentation skills. A CRM and sales methodologies proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Senior Account Executive roles with a proven quota-beating record in enterprise sales.
• Ability to sell complex solutions and manage long sales cycles remotely.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for virtual environments.
• Proficiency with advanced CRM systems and sales methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic relationships with C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with focus on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit aggressive sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts and target organizations.
• Conduct sophisticated negotiations and close complex deals with senior executives.
• Act as strategic advisor, aligning solutions with client objectives.
