Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of complex organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive search assignments identifying top leadership candidates globally.
• Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop targeted search strategies for niche senior roles.
• Perform rigorous assessments including in-depth interviews and references.
• Manage end-to-end search process with confidentiality and timely delivery.
