Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in chemical process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, and process control systems.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and mass transfer.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex information remotely.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
• Conduct PHAs and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational safety.
• Analyze process data using statistical methods to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and batch records.
• Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to support process implementation and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in process engineering.
