Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in chemical process design, optimization and scale-up.
• Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and analytical techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of complex chemical processes for efficiency, safety and sustainability.
• Perform in-depth process analyses, identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
• Design and oversee pilot plant studies and scale-up activities and technology transfer.
• Create technical docs, including P&IDs and HAZOP studies.
• Provide expert support and mentorship to global teams via virtual channels.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose strategic integrations.
