Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years in process design for chemical industries.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
• Experience with process safety reviews and hazard analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop PFDs and P&IDs for new and existing chemical processes.
• Perform mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and specification development.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize designs and predict performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and equipment for various chemical operations.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to deliver successful projects.
