Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on optimization and scale-up.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant improvements in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic process optimization plans to enhance yield, reduce waste, and lower energy consumption.
- Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and modelling techniques to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.
- Oversee the design and implementation of process modifications and new technologies.
- Collaborate with operations, R&D, and management teams to align optimization goals with business objectives.
