Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing methodologies.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using recruitment CRM systems and online sourcing tools.
