Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role requires a driven individual with a deep understanding of the technical job market and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading companies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for complex technical roles, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the firm's specialist division. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients requiring technical and engineering talent, from start-ups to established corporations.
• Conduct comprehensive sourcing and selection processes for a variety of roles, including software developers, engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil), project managers, and IT specialists.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract niche and in-demand technical professionals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technology and engineering professionals within the Western Cape region .
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
