Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in real estate development management.
Experience managing end-to-end development lifecycle from conception to handover.

Responsibilities

Lead development of new projects from concept to completion with focus on Gauteng.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for viability.
Secure permits, approvals, and zoning variances from local authorities in Pretoria.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the lifecycle.
Oversee construction phase, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
Develop and manage budgets, cash flow projections, and financing arrangements.
Liaise with investors, lenders, government bodies, and community groups.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
