Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex development projects in Gauteng.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades
