The role requires a proven track record in large-scale projects, exceptional leadership, and deep knowledge of market dynamics, finance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver landmark developments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate development from inception to delivery.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and regulatory navigation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire land for development projects.
• Oversee feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial projections.
• Manage design and planning with architects and engineers.
• Secure permits, zoning approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Secure and manage project financing and loan negotiations.
• Select and manage general contractors; oversee construction quality, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans for completed developments.
• Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, authorities, and communities.
• Ensure successful sale or leasing and handover of projects.
