Placements24 is seeking a visionary Real Estate Developer to lead development projects in and around Polokwane. This senior role involves identifying land opportunities, feasibility studies, securing financing, and managing the entire development process from conception to completion.

You will drive urban growth, coordinate with investors and authorities, and oversee residential and commercial property delivery with a strong track record in Limpopo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development.
• Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial development projects.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations in Limpopo.
• Excellent financial acumen, negotiation skills, and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities for development.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for proposed projects.
• Secure necessary permits, approvals, and financing for development initiatives.
• Oversee the design, construction, and project management phases of development projects.
• Manage relationships with investors, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies for marketing and sales of completed properties.
