Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development.
• Proven ability to manage complex development projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, financing structures, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills for remote work.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new land acquisition and development opportunities.
