Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Real Estate.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience with a focus on real estate or financial markets.
• Proven track record in building and deploying predictive models and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large real estate datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases for property performance, market trends, and investment metrics.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses including regression, time series forecasting, and clustering.
