Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of market analysis, research or financial analysis, preferably in real estate.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data interpretation and modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and statistical software (R, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate complex findings.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on national and regional real estate markets, including supply, demand, pricing, and absorption rates.
