Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy), R or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large volumes of real estate data from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to identify market trends.
• Create dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Generate reports on market dynamics, user behavior, and property performance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to support data-informed strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report on them regularly.
