Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Real Estate Data Analyst to join their innovative team. This fully remote role focuses on analyzing real estate data, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL, and proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, with Python or R preferred. Work-from-anywhere within South Africa in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field is required.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Proficiency in Python or R is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and insights.
• Use Python/R/SQL to extract and analyze information.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy, investments, and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
