Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Real Estate Data Analyst to join their fully remote team. You will extract, analyze, and interpret complex real estate data to drive strategic business decisions and inform market penetration strategies.

Work with product, marketing, and sales to deliver data-driven recommendations; build dashboards, ensure data quality, and stay ahead of industry trends using Python, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various real estate sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform in-depth analysis of market trends, property values, sales volumes, and rental yields.
• Develop predictive models for property price forecasting, investment risk assessment, and market demand.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify KPIs and track them to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and opportunities.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new analytical techniques, and emerging technologies in data science and real estate.
• Contribute to development and refinement of data infrastructure and analytical tools.
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols are adhered to in all data handling processes.
