Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Real Estate Data Analyst to join its innovative team. You will collect, clean, and interpret large datasets related to the real estate market to inform business strategy, pricing, acquisitions, and marketing decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong data skills, experience with Excel, SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on real estate data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote capacity.

- Collect, clean, and organize real estate data from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends and investment opportunities.
