You will prepare investment reports, analyze portfolio performance, and stay updated on real estate strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related roles and strong Excel modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, modeling software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
