Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Real Estate Data Scientist to join their global, fully remote team. You will design and deploy advanced ML models on real estate datasets, from property valuations to tenant behavior, translating insights into business impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, data governance, and mentoring junior data scientists, while staying abreast of AI advances to shape strategy in the real estate sector.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years in data science, with focus on real estate data.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and related libraries.
• Extensive SQL experience; NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying ML models and time-series forecasting.
